研究目的：

主要目的：以针灸治疗抑郁症的不同临床方案与公认阳性药物乐友（盐酸帕罗西汀）为对照进行临床试验研究，确认针灸治疗抑郁症不同方案在临床具体实践中的确切效果；次要目的：探究影响针灸治疗抑郁症临床疗效的关键因素：不同针刺时机、不同针刺时程、不同刺激强度等对临床疗效的确切影响；探讨抑郁症不同治疗方案临床效果与成本的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of electronic acupuncture and traditional acupuncture therapies for patients with depression, and to explore the key factors of impacting the effect of acupuncture therapy, for example, the time of acupuncture, the stimulation, etc.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、本研究开始前4周内曾参加过其它临床试验者；2、正在服用抗抑郁药物或抗抑郁药物药理作用未过洗脱期的患者；3、孕妇、哺乳期妇女；4、有严重的其它系统疾病需要治疗者；5、脑部疾病患者；6、有自杀计划或行为者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People who included in other clinical examination no longer than four weeks;
2. People who are currently taking any antidepressants;
3. Pregnant women or breast-feeding women;
4. People having other serious diseases that need treatment;
5. People who catch brain disease;
6. People who have suicidal plan or behavior.

干预措施：

手针组和电针组的选穴和操作完全相同，电选穴：百会、印堂、风府、风池（双侧）、大椎、内关（双侧）、三阴交（双侧）。针组患者隔天治疗1次，一周治疗三次，6周为一个总疗程；电流强度以患者耐受情况（皮肤轻微抖动）为度。每次针刺30min。除电针穴位外其余针刺穴位留针15分钟时行针一次，行针时间为5-10秒/次，出针后按压针孔以防出血。

Electronic acupuncture. The acupoints same as acupuncture group include Baihui, Yintang, Fengfu, Fengchi(two sides), Dazhui, Leiguan (two sides), Shanyingjiao (two sides). Two days one time, three times a week, total 6 weeks.

采用对照药盐酸帕罗西汀药物作为基础治疗，起始剂量为开始治疗两天时为每日10mg，每日一次。治疗两天后直至治疗结束时剂量调整为每日20mg,每日一次。早餐后口服，服用6周。

Drug control. Giving Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets, 10 mg ont time a day at first two days of treatment; from the third day, 20 mg one a day for 6 weeks.
