Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.外周血白细胞计数<2x109/L或Plt<20x109/L
2.凝血相PTA<60%
3.活动性的消化道出血
4.感染未控制
5.严重的肝肾等重要器官功能障碍
6.无足够安全的HIFU声通道，机载超声上脾脏显示不清楚

Exclusion criteria：

1. WBC <2*10^9 or Plt<20*10^9;
2. PTA<60%;
3. Active digestive tract hemorrhage;
4. Uncontrolled infection;
5. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction;
6. Without safe HIFU cannel.
