研究目的：

拟在中国北方地区选取研究对象，通过健康生活方式指导或以高钾盐（NaCL:KCL=1:1）作为日常生活用盐，观察改变膳食中钠钾比例对我国北方人群尿中钠钾比和血压水平以及心血管病发病和死亡的长期影响，以及人群对健康生活方式指导或长期食用高钾盐的顺应性，探讨高血压和心血管病人群防治最价廉实用的有效干预措施。  

Objectives of Study：

The fundamental aim is to study the long-term effect on blood pressure and CVD morbidity and mortality by reducing the sodium-to-potassium ratio in North Chinese adult population, in addition, using a low cost and relatively easily implemented and effective strategy to reduce CVD in China.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有慢性肾脏疾病，例如：肾炎、肾病综合征、肾功能减退、包括肾结石、肾囊肿等；
2.血肌酐> 1.7 mg/dL or GFR < 40 ml/min；
3.在基线时血钾 > 4.5 mmol/L 或者在干预后1个月时血钾 > 5.0 mmol/L；
4.正在服用排钠或保钾药物（包括中药），并且不能停药；
5.使用非固醇类抗炎药(NSAIDs)，低剂量阿司匹林除外；
6.五年内患过癌症；
7.目前因严重疾患正在治疗；
8.精神疾病；
9.孕妇或打算怀孕者；
10.在试验期间打算回家或离开疗养院者；
11.工作繁忙很少在家吃饭者；
12.不愿意或无能力参与研究，或医务人员认为不适合参加。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of chronic renal disease with renal impairment. for instance: nephritis, nephrotic syndrome, Renal dysfunction, nephrolith, Renal cysts;
2. Plasma Creatinine > 1.7 mg/dL or eGFR < 40 ml/min;
3. Plasma K > 4.5 mmol/l at start or > 5.0 mmol/l at end of 1 month run in;
4. Treatment with potassium retaining drugs;
5. Chronic medication with NSAID excluding low dose aspirin;
6. Malignancy during the past 5 years;
7. Any other serious life-threatening illness that required regular medical treatment;
8. Psychiatric disease;
9. For women, current pregnancy or intent to become pregnant during the study;
10. Plans to move out of the study area, such that it would be difficult to come to the study site;
11. Seldom eat at home because of busy work;
12. Inability to cooperate, as assessed by the clinic staff.
