研究目的：

（1）观察头电针治疗帕金森病的临床疗效；（2）运用正电子发射型计算机断层显像（PET）技术，观察头针对帕金森病（PD）患者不同脑区葡萄糖代谢的影响；（3）运用单光子发射型计算机断层显像（SPECT）技术，观察头针对帕金森病（PD）患者不同脑区血流状况的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe head electro-acupuncture's clinical therapeutic effect on Parkinson's Disease; to observe the effect on different encephalic regions' glycometabolism of Parkinson's Disease (PD) patients with head electro-acupuncture by PET technology; to observe the effect in different encephalic region's blood flow of Parkinson's disease (PD) patients with head electro-acupuncture by SPECT technology .
