比较在包皮环切术加阴茎背神经部分分支切除术与单纯包皮环切术治疗原发性早泄的效果  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effect of wrapper circumcision with partial resection of dorsal nerve of penis to wrapper circumcision only in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

合并阴茎勃起功能障碍，心电图异常，血常规异常，凝血机制异常者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those who combined with incapability of the penis to erect; abnormal on ECG, routine blood test and blood coagulation mechanism, will be excluded.

行包皮环切术时，在冠状沟水平，分离筋膜，在阴茎海绵体白膜外分离出全部背侧阴茎背神经部分分支，并全部切除所分离出背侧分支1-2厘米，止血后缝合切口，常规包扎，可吸收性缝线缝合切口。
