研究目的：

通过以同期非慢性心力衰竭住院病人为对照组，观察慢性心力衰竭患者血清中心房肽和Ｂ型利钠肽水平的变化，探讨它们在各种病因所致的慢性心力衰竭中的表达，同时了解不同病程、不同严重程度心力衰竭的表达情况，并且探讨房肽和Ｂ型利钠肽对心力衰竭的诊断价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the same period in non-chronic heart failure patients as a control group were observed in patients with chronic heart failure center room peptide and B-type natriuretic peptide level changes, to explore their various causes of chronic heart failure caused by the expression, at the same time understanding different course, different expression of the severity of heart failure, as well as explore the HA peptide and B-type natriuretic peptide for the diagnosis of heart failure.
