研究目的：

通过多中心随机对照临床研究，评价本临床研究方案在病毒性心肌炎急性期的疗效和合理性、安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy, rationality and safety of the TCM therapy listed in this research for viral myocarditis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 合并严重心律失常（如Ⅱ度Ⅱ型以上房室传导阻滞、病窦综合征、室速、房颤等）、心功能不全（心功能3级以上者）等严重并发症者。
2) 心肌CK-MB升高或心肌肌钙蛋白(cTnI或cTnT)升高超过正常值10倍。
3) 心脏神经综合症、β受体过敏综合症、扩张型心脏病等出现类似临床表现者。
4) 合并其他严重疾病者。
5) 妊娠、哺乳期妇女。
6) 精神病患者。
7) 过敏体质者。
8) 正参加其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe complications, such as severe arrhythmia and heart failure;
2. CK-MB or cInI / cTnT > 10 times of the normal ranges;
3. With similar symptoms caused by cardiac Neurosis, beta receptor anaphylactia syndrome and dilated cardiomyopathy;
4. Combined with other severe diseases;
5. Pregnant or breast-feeding females;
6. With psychotic disorders;
7. Allergic constitution;
8. Patients that take part in other drugs trials.

基础治疗（患者充分休息、限制活动，给予易消化、富含维生素、蛋白质饮食，静点极化液（10%葡萄糖500ml+10%氯化钾15ml+胰岛素8U）、肌苷（400mg），每日一次，疗程2周。）基础上，采用西医常规治疗，口服维生素C片： 0.2，tid，po。辅酶Q10片： 10mg，tid，po。疗程30天。

Basic treatment (rest, less excercises, diet control, 10% glucose 500 ml + 10% KCl 15 ml + insulin 8 U, inosine 400 mg, intravenous use once a day for 2 weeks) + Western durgs (Vitamin C 0.2 po. tid + coenzyme Q 10mg po. Tid for 30 days)

基础治疗（患者充分休息、限制活动，给予易消化、富含维生素、蛋白质饮食，静点极化液（10%葡萄糖500ml+10%氯化钾15ml+胰岛素8U）、肌苷（400mg），每日一次，疗程2周。）基础上，根据中医辨证治疗（热毒侵心证，用心肌康0号；气阴亏虚证用心肌康1号；兼痰湿加半夏、陈皮、茯苓；兼血瘀加丹参、红花。疗程30天）
