研究目的：

客观评价中医药辨治感染后咳嗽的疗效及安全性，主要评价咳嗽缓解时间和减轻程度，形成疗效确切、安全可靠的感染后咳嗽中医药辨治方案，并在基层推广。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of treating post infectious cough(PIC) by Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) objectively. To establish a program of definite effectiveness and safety of treating PIC by TCM through mainly evaluating the time and degree of cough remission, and apply it extendedly in primary hospitals.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

既往有慢性呼吸系统疾病史，如支气管哮喘、慢性支气管炎等；既往有慢性心衰病史或合并其它系统较严重的原发病者；平素有鼻后滴流或反酸、胃痛等症状；目前吸烟或戒烟未成功者；近1月内服用ACEI类药物；体温超过37.3℃；外周血白细胞计数＞10×10e9/L或＜4×10e9/L；哺乳、妊娠及准备妊娠的妇女；精神病患者；不愿接受研究措施或其它原因不能合作者；本研究前1个月内参加或目前正在参加其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

History of chronic respiratory diseases like asthma, chronic bronchitis, etc; history of chronic heart failure or serious primary disease of other system; postnatal drip or acid reflux, stomachache and so on in usual; smoking or smoking cessation relapse at present; intake ACEI late month; body temperature higher than 37.3 degree C; peripheral white blood cell count>10*10^9/L or<4*10^9/L; lactation, pregnancy or preparing for pregnancy; psychotic; non-cooperation; participate in other clinical trial late month or at present.
