研究目的：

对新疆宫颈病变患者检测尿液中HPV16与HybriMax法检测宫颈脱落细胞HPV相比较，结合宫颈薄层液基细胞学检测、阴道镜检查、病理组织学检查，对宫颈病变患者进行诊断及治疗，评价尿液HPV检测方法在诊断和治疗宫颈病变中的临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the constituente ratio and concordance of detecting HPV16 in urine and that in cervical smear samples in women with high-graded squamous intraepithelial lesions and cervical cancer in Xinjiang, the results of the colposcopic examination and biopsy (as required) are used as the reference standard for determining the sensitivity and specificity of the various test methods. Combining with diagnose, treatment and follow-up for patients with cervial disease, to evaluate clinical application value of detecting HPV16 in urine samples.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.月经期或妊娠期女性；2.已行阴道局部用药或治疗；3.子宫切除或宫颈锥形切除患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women whose urine samples are negative in the beta-actin DNA test;
2. Menstrual period or pregnancy women;
3. Women who has local medication or treatment in Vagina;
4. Patients with cervical cone excision or hysterectomy .
