研究目的：

通过本研究获取牙周植骨术联合固定义齿夹板保留牙周炎松动牙的各项临床指标的数据；分析固定义齿夹板对于松动基牙远期牙周指标的影响及对咀嚼效率的影响；探究牙周植骨术联合固定义齿夹板保留松动牙的根周骨质恢复机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficiency of bone graft combined with fixed splint in the treatment of periodontitis-affected mobile teeth by measuring periodontal index:probing deepth, bleeding index, attachment lose and X-ray

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不能签署知情同意书的患者;
2.吸烟量大于每天10支的患者;
3.伴有全身疾病的牙周炎;
4.其他牙周或修复治疗的适应症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women; 2. Patients who have uncontrolled systematic diseases; 3. Unable to control oral hygiene; 4. Somking more than 10 cigarettes a day.
