研究目的：

1．唑来膦酸（择泰）是否具有预防乳腺癌患者骨转移的作用。 2．唑来膦酸（择泰）对乳腺癌患者疾病进展的影响。 3.唑来膦酸（择泰）的使用安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To study: 1. the effects of Zoledronic Acid in the prevention of metastasis of bread cancer; 2. the impact of Zoledronic Acid to the process of bread cancer; 3. the safty of Zoledronic Acid in the clinical use.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 转移性或复发性乳腺癌，或在本次诊断前患有乳腺癌。
2. 有器官移植史(包括骨髓自体移植和外周干细胞移植)。
3. 曾长期接受全身类固醇治疗者。
4. 过去5年内或同时患有其他（非乳癌）恶性肿瘤，宫颈原位癌或已根治的
皮肤基底细胞癌或鳞状细胞癌除外。
5．存在影响长期随访的其他非恶性全身性疾病。
6．受试者同时服用其他研究药物。
7. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. metastasis or recurrence breast cancer;
2. to be received organ transplantation include auto marrow self transplantation and periphery steam cell transplantation;
3. to be received long term system steroid treatment;
4. in past five years suffered other tumours, except cervix original cancer or cured skin basal cell carcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma;
5. to be suffered other non vicious system diseases will impact the long term follow-up;
6. to be attending other study;
7. pregnancy or breeding woman.
