研究目的：

找出降低芬太尼诱发的呛咳发生率的预防方法，尤其是预注微量芬太尼抑制其本身所致呛咳的方法；探讨影响芬太尼诱发呛咳的相关因素  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the preventive methods to decrease the incidence of fentanyl-induced cough; To identify the risk factors for fentanyl-induced cough

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

颅内压增高、开放性眼部外伤、气胸、反应性气道疾病(如支气管、炎或哮喘）或行主动脉瘤手术、近期一两周内上呼吸道感染者、平时好咳嗽者、术前HR<50次/min 。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Increased intracranial pressure ;
2. Open ocular trauma;
3. Pneumothorax;
4. A history of asthma, chronic cough, or upper respiratory tract infection during the previous 2 wk or recent treatment with angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors,bronchodilators, or steroids;
5. HR < 50/min before the operation.
