聚性焦超声治疗外阴白色病变的疗效和安全  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the efficacy and safety of focused ultrasound and halcinonide on white lesions of the vulva

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

哈西奈德(氯氟舒松、哈西缩松) 16α，17-[（1-甲基亚乙基）双（氧）]-11β-羟基-21-氯-9-氟孕甾-4-烯-3，20-二酮 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 一般的排除标准
? 禁用一般麻醉及局部麻醉或镇静剂的患者
? 严重心、脑、血管疾病及肝肾功能异常
? 生殖器官急性炎症
? 处于月经期、妊娠期及哺乳期的患者
② 外阴白色病变患者排除标准
- 外阴活检发现有外阴上皮内瘤样病变（VIN）的患者。
- 未控制的糖尿病
- 治疗前3个月进行过激光治疗、微波治疗等其他物理治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who were contradicted to general and local anesthesia or sedatives;
2. Patients with severe heart, brain or vascular disease or dysfunction in hepatic or kidney function;
3. Patients with acute infections in reproductive organ;
4. Patients in menstrual period, pregnancy or lactation;
5. Biopsy of Vulva indicated neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva;
6. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes.
