研究目的：

运用经皮氧分压（TcPO2）测定评价西洛他唑治疗2型糖尿病下肢缺血病变的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of cilostazol on Type 2 diabetes with ischemic disease of lower extremity measured by transcutaneous oxygen pressure (TcPO2).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

阿司匹林，乙酰水杨酸 西洛他唑，磷酸二酯酶Ⅲ抑制剂 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

aspirin, acetylsalicylic acid cilostazol, phosphodiesterase III inhibiter 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

试验前2周内服用抗血小板、抗凝剂，下肢水肿，血流动力学不稳定，出血性疾病、出血性倾向和心肝肾功能不全，妊娠、哺乳妇女，1个月内曾行手术治疗，已知对阿司匹林、西洛他唑过敏

Exclusion criteria：

1. Taking anti-platelet and anticoagulant drugs in 2 weeks before the trial;
2. Lower extremity edema;
3. Hemodynamic instability;
4. Hemorrhagic disease or hemorrhagic tendency;
5. Pregnant or lactating woman;
6. Heart failure or liver failure;
7. Received a surgery in a month before the trial;
8. Be allergy to aspirin or cilostazol.
