研究目的：

探讨睡眠脑波调制重复经颅磁刺激与常规rTMS对抑郁症患者HPA轴活性的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigated the effects of sleep electroencephalogram-modulated repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and conventional rTMS on the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis activity in patients with depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）器质性精神障碍，由以下原因引起的精神障碍：①CT和（或）磁共振成像等影像学证据显示有神经系统器质性病变者；②神经系统体格检查显示有中枢神经系统器质性病变者；③既往有脑卒中、脑出血、中毒等严重中枢神经疾病史并遗留后遗症者；④其他系统严重器质性疾病所致精神障碍者。（2）精神活性物质和非成瘾物质所致抑郁。（3）拒绝接受治疗。（4）合并有其他精神疾病者或者有强烈自杀倾向。（5）因任何躯体疾病不能停止药物治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Organic mental disorder based on the following criteria: Computed tomography and/or magnetic resonance imaging showed evidence of organic nervous system lesions; nervous system examination revealed organic central nervous system lesions; history of stroke, cerebral hemorrhage, poisoning or other serious central nervous system disease or sequelae of a serious mental disorder caused by organic diseases of other systems;
2. Psychoactive substance- or nonaddictive substance-induced depression;
3. Refusal of medical treatment;
4. Association with other mental illness and strong tendency for suicide;
5. Unable to stop drug treatment because of a physical disease.
