研究目的：

采用穴位刺激调控法进行治疗强迫症大样本、多中心、随机、盲法、平行对照的临床研究，临床症状评定由强迫症状评定量表、抑郁评定量表进行,副作用评定由不良反应症状量表进行评价，如果试验结果满意,形成穴位刺激调控法治疗强迫症的标准化的治疗方案，逐步在临床推广应用。  

Objectives of Study：

A large sample, multi-centered, randomly selected, single-blinded and parallel controlled clinical trial will be applied to study the effects of acupoint stimulating on the treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder(OCD). The clinical symptoms will be evaluated by Yale-Brown obsessive-compulsive psychiatrists rating scale(Y-BOCS) and Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMD) and side effects by Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS). Based on the satisfaction of the trial, a standardised therapy of acupoint stimulating will be formulated and gradually extended to the clinical fields.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 排除其他精神障碍的继发性强迫症状；
② 排除脑器质性疾病特别是基底节病的继发性强迫症状；
③ 排除伴有严重心、肝、肾功能不全的强迫症患者；
④ 排除患有各种心脏疾病患者；
⑤ 患有强迫症的妊娠妇女；
⑥ 伴有窄角型青光眼的强迫症患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Other mental disorders which are secondary to obsessive compulsive symptoms;
Organic mental disorders (particularly basal ganglia)which are secondary to obsessive compulsive symptoms;
The OCD patients with severe function problems of heart, liver and kidney;
The OCD patients with primary heart disease;
The OCD patients who are currently pregnant;
The OCD patients with narrow angle glaucoma.
