Objectives of Study：

To explore that Interferon alpha-2b improves antitumor effect of hapten DNP-modified autologous tumor vaccine for the treatment of advanced melanoma

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

对二硝基氟苯过敏，未完成治疗计划的，不符合入组条件。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Life expectancy less than 3 months;
2. Renal failure with creatinine >1.8mg/dl or patient dojng peritoneal dyalises or hemodyalisis;
3. Patients who have previous cancer treatments;
4. Uncontrolled heart failure/infection;
5. Previous diagnosis of anterior decendent artery or cincurnflex occlusion;
6. cause the person's severe allergy.
