研究目的：

初步构建具有中医特色突发性耳聋中西医结合的临床路径,并制定相关的操作规范和实施标准。通过临床实施，最终形成突发性耳聋临床路径制定和评价指南，为进一步形成行业认可、可供推广应用的中西医结合临床诊疗方案提供循证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To primarily construct Chinese medicine characteristic Clinical Directions to treat Sudden Deafness through combination of TCM and modern medicine, and Formulate related operating regulations and implementation standard. After clinical trials implements, to finish the Clinical Directions and evaluation guide, and provide basis of Evidence for this diagnosis and treatment plan accepted professionally and worth for application.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1 经检查属外耳（如耵聍栓塞、异物等）或内耳病变（如听神经瘤、梅尼埃病、窗膜破裂、化脓性迷路炎、自身免疫性内耳病）、耳毒性药物中毒引起的突发性耳聋。
2 经检查证实为中枢病变引起的突发性耳聋，如脑血管意外及其他内科病，如多发性硬化、血液或血管疾病、梅毒引起者。
3 不符合纳入标准；未按规定用药，无法判断疗效者；或资料不全等影响疗效者。
4 年龄在18岁以下或65岁以上，妊娠或哺乳妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Caused by external ear diseases (eg: ding ning or Foreign matters), internal ear disease (eg: Auditory nerve lump, Ménière disease, Window membrane breakage, Suppurative labyrinthitis or own immunity otopathy) or Otoxicity medicine;
2. Caused by Main center pathological change, for example: Blood vessel of brain accident, blood or vessel diseases, Syphilis,etc.;
3. Take dosage irregularly or data lose;
4. Aged less than 18 or more than 65 years, including Pregnancy and Nursing women.
