Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether the GDF5 core promoter polymorphism (+104T/C; rs143383) correlate with the occurrence or the amplitude of curvature in AIS

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

病例组：患有其他脊柱疾患不入选，无临床检查和X线检查不入选，药物使用，肝肾功能有无异常也不影响入选。
正常对照组：有基础病者不入选，有脊柱疾患者不入选，无X线检查及临床检查者不入选
同时，不签署知情同意书的不入选

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with other spinal diseases and without clinical examination/X-ray were excluded.
Who do not signed informed consent were excluded.
