研究目的：

甲状腺组织血供丰富，且临近气管，喉返及喉上神经，手术易导致出血、神经损伤、窒息等并发症，目前的电凝设备较少应用于甲状腺切除，仍沿用传统的缝线结扎以保证手术的安全性、可靠性。超声刀作为新一代临床止血器械，在靶区组织产生凝固性坏死灶或损伤灶，其显著的特点是在治疗区及其以外的区域产生一清楚的过渡带，其过渡区不超过50μm，仅含有5～7层的细胞，对靶区组织起直接杀伤作用，而对其周围组织无损伤或损伤较轻,并具有高热效应、空化效应和免疫效应，安全、高效，已较多用于腹腔镜及腹部开放性手术，大大缩短了手术时间，提高了手术效率。本研究试图探讨超声刀在甲状腺手术中的应用价值。

To compare the outcome of thyroidectomy using the HS versus CTT by means of randomized controlled trial.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.需要行淋巴结清扫术；2.侵犯声门的甲状腺疾病；3.二次甲状腺手术；4.既往颈部手术史；5.有明显的心、肺、脑、肾功能障碍； 6.正在参加其它临床实验者；7.妊娠、哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Malignant disease or highly suspicion for malignancy;
2. Severe psychiatric or neurological disease;
3. Previous history of thyroid or neck surgery;
4. Participation in another intervention-trial;
5. Pregnancy.
