研究目的：

评价拉莫三嗪(安闲)单药治疗不同类型偏头痛的临床疗效和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of AnXian-lamotrigine(LTG) as monotherapy for different types of migraine

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

拉莫三嗪 每粒药含拉莫三嗪25mg 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)本研究开始前4周内曾参加过其他临床试验；2)严重心、脑、肺、肾、肝、血液系统疾病患者；3)对拉莫三嗪药物过敏者；4)药物及∕或酒精滥用；5)孕妇或哺乳期妇女；6)拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Been involved in a similar clinical trial in the past four weeks;
2. With severe systemic disorders;
3. Allergic to Lamotrigine;
4. Drug and/or alcohol abuse;
5. Pregnant and lactant women;
6. Refuse to sign the consent form.
