研究目的：

主要目的：明确参黄膏（散）敷脐在促进术后气滞血瘀型胃肠功能不全康复的有效性及安全性。次要目的：制定参黄膏（散）剂型规范、制定参黄膏（散）敷脐疗法治疗术后胃肠功能不全的外治技术方案及应用规范、制定术后胃肠功能不全的中西医结合单病种诊疗规范。

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the effectiveness and safety of Shen Huang ointment and powder spreading umbilicus on postoperative ileus( promote recovery of gastrointestinal function after gastrointestinal operations); 2. To establish the formulation standard of Shen Huang ointment and powder, explore and develop standard procedure of Shen Huang ointment and powder spreading umbilicus on postoperative ileus,establish the promotable standard diagnosis and treatment protocols based on integrated traditional chinese and western medicine for postoperative ileus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

大黄高效液相色谱法含芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚的总量不得少于1.5% （参考《中国药典》2005年版）丹参高效液相色谱法丹参酮ⅡA 不得少于0.20% 丹

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1 手术时间小于2小时或超过6小时的患者；
2 非全麻手术；
3 心、肺、肝、肾功能异常者；
4 病人和家属对本项研究高度敏感，难以解释与沟通；
5 法律规定的残疾患者；
6 术后使用影响胃肠动力的药物，如胃复安、红霉素等；
7 怀疑或确诊有酒精药物滥用史；
8 过敏体质，如对两种以上药物或食物过敏史，或已知对本药成分过敏者；
9 半年内已参加其他药物临床研究的患者（未经洗脱期）；
10 围手术期出现严重并发症；

Exclusion criteria：

1. the duration of the operation is less than 2 hours or more than 6 hours;
2. operation is not under general anesthesia;
3. patient combined with cardiovascular, liver, kidney, brain, lung and other serious diseases can't tolerate the operation;
4. patients or the family members' attitude about this study is too sensitive to communicate;
5. the disabled patients according to local medical criteria;
6. prokinetic agents such as metoclopramide and erythromycin are administered;
7. proved or suspected alcohol or drug abused patients;
8. allergic constitution(allergic history of more than more than two food or drugs, and proved allergic to the components of the intervention;
9. patient participating other clinical study or having participated other clinical study in the last five months;
10. with serious complications (bleeding, infection, leak).
