研究目的：

用multi-MRI值评价2周期后，重组人血管内皮抑制素联合化疗后对非小细胞肺癌骨转移病灶肿瘤血管的血流量、血管通透性、小血管密度的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary: To determine the alteration of tumor blood flow using multi-MRI in patients with bone metastatic non-small cell lung cancer after 1&2 courses of combination chemotherapy comprising vinorelbine and cisplatin (NP) and endostatin at 7.5 mg/m2 vs NP alone. Secondary: To correlate tumor blood flow, as assessed by multi-MRI, with survival time and time to progression in patients receiving endostatin.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.无骨转移的患者；
2.入组时距含紫杉类、贝伐单抗、沙利度胺、重组人血管内皮抑制素、双膦酸盐治疗，未满12周；
3.患者合并任何急性或慢性疾病或精神障碍或实验室检查异常，这些合并疾病可能会增加参与研究或研究用药的风险，或对研究结果造成影响，经研究者判断认为患者不适合加入研究。这些情况包括：
不能控制的高血压、不稳定心绞痛、心肌梗塞史或在过去12个月内出现过有症状的充血性心力衰竭或不能控制的心律失常；
心电图提示有缺血改变或有临床明确诊断的心瓣膜疾病；
细菌，真菌或病毒感染的疾病活动期；
4.妊娠、哺乳期患者；
5.入组前除非小细胞肺癌外有其他活动性恶性肿瘤病史的患者，非黑色素瘤的皮肤癌、原位宫颈癌、治愈的早期前列腺癌除外；
6.有过敏体质和已知或怀疑对任何研究药物过敏的患者；
7.依从性差的患者；
8.研究者认为不宜参加本试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. without the evidence of bone metastasis;
2. Patients who has received taxanes, bevacizumab, thalidomide, endostatin or bisphosphonates treatment in the recent 12 weeks;
risk of agents used in trial or effect the result of trial, judged by researchers;
3. Patients with any acute or chronic disease or or mental status, which may increase the congestive heart failure or uncontrollable arrhythmia in the last 12 months (defined as New Uncontrollable hypertension, unstable angina, myocardial infarction or symptomatic Myocardial ischemia hinted by EKG or cardiac valve disease with definite clinical
York Heart Association Class II or greater); diagnosis Active stage of infection by bacterium, eumycete or virus
4. Patients who is pregnant or breastfeeding;
5. Patients with other malignant tumor besides NSCLC, except skin cancer (not Melanoma), in situ Cervical Cancer and been cured early stage prostate cancer;
6. Patients who is or is suspected to hypersensitivity to any agents to be used during the trial, including gadolinium-containing MR contrast agents;
7. Patients without good compliance;
8. Patients considered by researcher not suitable to participate this trial.
