本研究是一个预试验，其目的是检验在北京地区，新设计的驾驶员培训课程对改善新手驾驶员知识和行为，减少违章和道路交通事故的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

This pilot study aims to demonstrate effectiveness of the an evidence-based driver training program in real world traffic in one region of China.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 不能在限期内（2个月内）完成培训；
2. 预计在未来6个月不会经常开车者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Not able to complete the training within 2 months;
2. Have no access to a vehicle or not plan to drive in the upcoming 6 months.
