排除标准：

1.既往消化道疾病
2.血液病、糖尿病等内分泌疾病
3.重型颅脑损伤合并腹部外伤患者
4.癌症、妊娠及营养不良的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of digestive tract diseases;
2. Hematological disease, diabetes and other endocrine diseases;
3. Severe head injury in patients with abdominal trauma;
4. Cancer, pregnancy and malnutrition in patients
