研究目的：

评价福斯利诺治疗慢性肾衰患者高磷血症的有效性和安全性

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of efficacy and safety of lanthanum carbonate in chronic renal failure patients on dialysis with hyperphosphatasemia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

安慰剂甘露醇碳酸镧咀嚼片（商品名：福斯利诺）以镧元素计，500mg/片

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Lanthanum carbonate 500mg/tablet placebo mannitol

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.饮食依从性差；
2.已知对碳酸镧过敏；
3.严重心力衰竭（NYHA III/IV级）；
4.接受过胃肠道手术，或有可能影响药物疗效的严重胃肠功能紊乱；
5.妊娠或哺乳期女性；
6.高钙血症，血钙大于等于10.4mg/dl(2.60mmol/L);或低钙血症，血钙小于8.4mg/dl(2.10mmol/L)；
7.严重甲状旁腺功能亢进，PTH>1000pg/ml(105.3pmol/L);
8.一个月内参加了其他药物临床研究
9.肝功能不全，TBIL、AST或ALT超过正常值上限2.5倍；
10.恶性肿瘤患者；
11.HIV阳性；
12.研究者认为患者的实际情况不适合参加研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Bad food compliance;
2. Known anaphylactic reaction to Lanthanum;
3. Severe heart failure (NYHA III/IV);
4. Severe gastro- intestinal dysfunctions which may interfere with the effects of study drug or control drug, e.g. uncontrolled peptic ulcer, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis;
5. Pregnant or breast feeding female patients;
6. Hypercalcemia with serum calcium >=2.60mmol/L (10.4mg/dl) or hypocalcemia with serum calcium <2.10mmol/L (8.4mg/dl);
7. Severe hyperparathyroidism with PTH>1000pg/ml;
8. Having taken part in other clinical trial in recent 1 months;
9. Severe liver dysfunction with Total bilirubin, AST or ALT is more than 2.5 times of normal range;
10. Patients with a life threatening malignancy;
11. Patients who are known to be HIV positive;
12. Investigators have evaluated that patients condition is not suitable to participate the study.
