Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Continuous Atomization Inhalation in preventing Abdominal Surgery Patients with Mechanical Ventilation from Reintubation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

异丙托溴铵 支气管扩张剂，用于慢性阻塞性肺部疾病一起的支气管痉挛的维持治疗 盐酸氨溴索 具有粘液排除促进作用及溶解分泌物的特性

1.有神经肌肉疾患; 2.心肺功能异常

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with neuromuscular diseases;
2. Patients with heart-lung functions disorders
