研究目的：

通过前瞻性、多中心、大样本、分层区组随机、双盲对照的临床试验研究，证实分别针对慢性浅表性胃炎肝胃不和型、脾胃湿热型治疗方案的临床疗效与安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the efficacy and safety of No.1 and No.2 Wei Yan Granule in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis with liver-stomach diaharmony and damp-heat of spleen-stomach.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

胃炎1号：黄连6g、吴茱萸3g、柴胡12g、枳壳12g、陈皮12g、厚朴12g、木香12g、元胡20g、丁香6g、大黄6g; 胃炎2号：藿香10g、川朴15g、法夏15g、茯苓15g、黄芩15g、郁金15g、柿蒂15g、公英30g; 施维舒胶囊主要成份萜希类药物. 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

No. 1 Wei Yan consisting of Huang Lian 6g,Wu Zhu Yi 3g, Cai Hu 12 g,Zhi Ke 12g,Chen Pi 12g,Hou Pu 12g,Mu Xiang 12g,Yuan Hu 20g,Ding Xiang 6g, Da Huang 6g. No. 2 Wei Yan consisting of He Xiang 10g, Chuan Pu 15g, Fa Xia 15g, Fu Ling 15g, Huan Chen 15g, Yu Jin 15g, Shi Di 15g,Pu Gong Ying 30g. The basis of Teprenone is Terpene. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①不符合上述诊断标准与纳入标准。
②合并胃腺体萎缩、胃黏膜肠上皮化生属中度-重度或异型增生、胃癌、食管癌、胃出血者以及胆道、胰腺等器质性病变。
③合并有心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，精神病患者。
④妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。过敏体质或已知对本品及对照药的成分过敏者。
⑤需同时应用可能影响药品疗效和安全性评价药物者。
⑥研究中认为有任何不适宜入选的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with gastric glands atrophy, gastric mucosa epithelial metaplasia moderate to severe or heterotypic hyperplasia, gastric carcinoma, esophage carcinoma, gastric bleeding, and organic diseases on biliary tract, pancreas;
2. Combined with severe diseases in heart vascular, liver, kidney, and blood system; mental problems;
3. Pregnancy or latation period woman;
4. Allergic diathesis person;
5. Administrating other drugs may affect the study;
6. other person to be considered not suite for study.
