研究目的：

亲属活体供肾移植已经成为肾移植的重要来源，目前活体供肾切取主要分为开放手术和腹腔镜手术两大类， 两种术式各有利弊，本研究通过前瞻性随机对照研究，进一步分析改良后腹腔镜下活体供肾切取与开放手术两种手术的差异，探索最佳的手术方式。

to compare open surgery with modified laparoscopic techniques in living donor nephrectomy, to explore the better techniques in living donor nephrectomy

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

不满足2009中国泌尿外科疾病诊治指南活体肾移植供者医疗评估条件，及未采用提及的两种手术方式的供者。

Exclusion criteria：

Not consistent with Guide Principles (CHINA 2009) of livng donor kidney for transplant, and no fulfil to sign informed consent
