探讨肾实质体积对单侧尿路梗阻患者梗阻解除后肾功能的预测作用

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether the recoverability of renal function can be predicted by renal parenchymal volume (RPV) values before relief of urinary obstruction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

反复感染，双侧尿路梗阻，单侧尿路梗阻对侧肾脏异常，肾外型肾盂

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with bilateral urinary obstruction, extrarenal pelvis, UUO with an abnormal or absent contralateral kidney, recurrence of urinary tract obstruction, persistent urinary tract infection, and those with no objective evidence of successful relief of obstruction after treatment.
