研究目的：

评价德纳联合阿司匹林预防2型糖尿病患者动脉硬化进展的有效性及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the validity and security of combination of Aspirin and Beraprost sodium Tables in preventing arteriosclerosis in T2DM patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

阿司匹林 室温保存 贝前列素钠 密封、室温保存 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Beraprost Sodium Sealed, stored at room temperature Aspirin stored at room temperature 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有消化性溃疡或消化道活动性出血的患者；
对前列环素类药物或非甾体类药物过敏的患者；
妊娠、哺乳和计划妊娠的患者；
三个月内参加过或正在参加其他临床研究的患者；
研究者判断为不适合参加本研究的其他患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with peptic ulcer or hemorrhage of digestive tract;
2. Drug allergy in PGIS or non-steroidal anti-in-flammatory drugs;
3. Patients who are in suckling period or pregnant and having pregnancy planning;
4. Patients took part in the study in last 3 months or just in the other study now;
5. Patients are not qualified judged by investigator.
