研究目的：

1. 观察II期结肠癌患者口服思波力冲剂40天后的病情改善情况，探索思波力冲剂作为抗扩散剂辅助治疗恶性肿瘤的可能。 2. 调查患者口服思波力冲剂40天后的主观评价及不良反应情况。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy and safety of fluorouracil together with sporamin for patients with stage II colorectal cancer after surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

sporamin sporamin是甘薯块根中的贮藏蛋白，占甘薯可溶性蛋白总量的60 %~80 %

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 按TNM分期法属于II期；
2. 刚接受完切除手术，无残留肿瘤组织；
3. 尚未开始化疗、放疗或免疫治疗；
4. 无其它严重并发症或恶性疾病；
5. 造血功能、肝肾功能正常；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Hematopoietic, liver and kidney dysfunction;
2. With other serious complications or malignant diseases;
3. Has undergone surgical resection of the tumor for more than 40 days
