证实重组人血管内皮抑素联合介入治疗胃肠道来源肝转移瘤的安全性和有效性

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the clinical effect and safety of the combined therapy with rh-endostatin and interventional therapy for hepatic metastatic tumor from gastrointestinal tract

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 原发性病灶恶化或进展；
② 病变局限，具有手术根治和消融治疗指征；
③ 患者存在严重器官功能异常或衰竭，不适于行介入治疗；
④ 入组前4周内采用其他治疗方法；
⑤ 伴有严重感染或其他疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1. primary tumor recurrence or advance;
2. with indication of surgical therapy or other total correction therapies;
3. with sever organ functional disorder not suitable for interventioanal therapy;
4. with any therapies in recent 4 weeks;
5. with sever infection or other diseases.
