研究目的：

1. 评价膀胱过度活动症患者在索利那新治疗前后OABSS得分的改变 2. 评价OABSS得分变化和以下膀胱过度活动症评价方法的相关性: ? 三天排尿日志 ? 国际前列腺症状评分 (IPSS)：总评分/生活质量评分 ? 患者感知膀胱症状情况分级量表(PPBC)  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate change of OABSS between before and after Solifenacin treatment to OAB patients 2. To evaluate correlation between change of OABSS and other measures for OAB symptoms specified below: (1) Measures based on 3-day micturition diary; (2) International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS): Total / QOL scores; (3) Patient Perception of Bladder Condition (PPBC).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

琥珀酸索利那新片 M3 受体拮抗剂 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Solifenacin selective M3-receptor 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

筛选期 (-2周)
1. 妊娠女性或哺乳期女性患者，或计划在研究期间妊娠或哺乳的女性患者。
2. 研究者判断为压力性尿失禁或以压力性为主的混合性（压力型/急迫性）尿失禁
3. 留置导尿或者进行间歇性自我导尿训练
4. 临床诊断有症状性尿道感染、慢性炎症例如间质性膀胱炎、膀胱结石、既往骨盆放射治疗或既往及现行的盆腔恶性疾病
5. 筛选前一个月内开始、中断或者更改OAB药物/非药物治疗方案
6. 患者已采用索利那新和附录4中列出的禁用药物
7. 糖尿病神经性病变
8. 患者因为用药禁忌而不能服用索利那新（见附录5）
9. 研究者判断患者不适合参加临床试验者
10. 除了参加OABSS 可重复性研究（本研究的第一部分）外，在30天内参与任何其他临床试验者
11. 安斯泰来制药（中国）有限公司及与研究相关的第三方或研究单位的员工

访视1 (0周)
1. 患者没有完成或者未能按照要求填写三日排尿日志

Exclusion criteria：

At Screening Visit (Week -2)
1. Significant stress incontinence or mixed stress / urge incontinence where stress is the predominant factor as determined by the investigator;
2. Patient with indwelling catheters or practicing intermittent self-catheterization;
3. Evidence of a symptomatic urinary tract infection, chronic inflammation such as interstitial cystitis, bladder stones, previous pelvic radiation therapy or previous or current malignant disease of the pelvic organs;
4. Drug or non-drug treatment for OAB was started, quitted or changed in 4 weeks;
5. Patients under treatment with Solifenacin and the prohibited drugs in Appendix 4;
6. Diabetic neuropathy;
7. Patients who are prohibited from taking Solifenacin as contraindications (See Appendix 5);
8. Any clinical significant condition, which in the opinion of the investigator makes the patient unsuitable for the trial;
9. Participation in any clinical trial in 30 days except for Part 1 of RESORT;
10. Employees of the Astellas Group, third parties associated with the study, or the study site;
11. Pregnant women or women ready to pregnant.
