研究目的：

主要目的：考察中医药辨证论治对艾滋病无症状期HIV感染者发病时间和发病率的影响；次要目的：1..考察中医药辨证论治的干预对艾滋病无症状期HIV感染者中医证候、生存质量、PRO的影响；2.中医药辨证论治的干预对艾滋病无症状期HIV感染者CD4＋、CD8＋计数，CD4＋/ CD8＋比值；CD4＋CD45RA＋、CD4＋CD45RO＋、IL-2、IL-12、TNF-a、NK细胞以及HIV病毒载量的影响;3.中医药辨证论治的干预对艾滋病无症状期HIV感染者安全性指标的影响。

Objectives of Study：

Main Objective: To evaluate the effects of syndrome differentiation of TCM to reduce AIDS incidence and time in patients with asymptomatic HIV infection ; Secondary purposes: 1. To evaluate the effects of syndrome differentiation of TCM to affect TCM syndrome, Quality of life and PRO scale in patients with asymptomatic HIV infection; 2. To evaluate the effects of syndrome differentiation of TCM to affect AIDS, CD4 +, CD8 + count, CD4 + / CD8 + ratio; CD4 + CD45RA +, CD4 + CD45RO +, IL-2, IL-12, TNF-a, NK cells and HIV viral load in patients with asymptomatic HIV infection; 3. To evaluate the effects of syndrome differentiation of TCM to influence safety in patients with asymptomatic HIV infection。

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

金龙胶囊鲜守宫、鲜金钱白花蛇、鲜蕲蛇等益艾康胶囊人参、山药、茯苓、白术、当归、黄芩等唐草片老鹳草、木棉花、龙葵、金银花、白花蛇舌草、糯稻根、黄芪、甘草、诃子等

YI Aikang capsule ginseng, Chinese yam, Poris cocos, Bai Zhu, Chinese angelica, Huang Qin and so on

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.急性期和艾滋期；
2.已接受规范HAART或中医药治疗者；
3.正在参加药物临床试验或终止未满3个月者；
4.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
5.合并有严重心、肝（ALT正常值的2倍以上）、肾脏疾病患者（BUN、CR异常），结核病患者及精神病患者
6.其它原因不能按时服药者；
7.过敏体质及对本药过敏者；
8.有酗酒史（每日饮酒250ml以上）；
9.研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. On acute phase and AIDS;
2. Accepted standard medical treatment by HAART or TCM;
3. participating in clinical trials of drugs or termination under the age in last 3 months;
4. Pregnant or lactating women;
5. With severe heart, liver (ALT more than 2 times normal), kidney disease (BUN, CR exception), tuberculosis patients and the mentally ill;
6. Other reasons of affect timely taking medications;
7. Allergies and allergic to this drug;
8. History of heavy drinking (daily drinking 250ml or more);
9. Researchers believe that other reasons were not suitable for clinical trials.

干预措施：	组A:对于不同感染途径所致的无症状期HIV感染者进行中医药辨证治疗，① 无证可辨或气虚证，药物：1益艾康胶囊服法：每次5粒，每日3次，口服；②兼挟阴虚证，药物：艾宁颗粒，服法：每次1袋，每日3次，口服。③兼挟湿热证，药物：唐草片，服法：每日3次，每次8片，口服。④兼挟血瘀证，药物：艾奇康胶囊，服法：每次3粒，每日3次，口服。⑤兼挟痰瘀证，药物：金龙胶囊，服法：每次4粒，每日3次，口服。疗程18个月	干预措施代码：
Intervention：	1. no type to distinguish or Qi-deficiency type: oral Yi Aikang capsule: 5 grains each time, 3 times daily; 2. Yin deficient type: oral Aining pellet 1 bag each time, 3 times daily; 3. hot and damp type: oral Tang Caopian 8 pieces each time, 3 times daily; 4. blood stasis type: oral Ai Qikang capsule, 3 grains each time, 3 times daily; 5. phlegm and blood stasis type, oral The Jinlong capsule, 4 grains, three times daily.
