研究目的：

找出综合性干预导致COPD患者健康相关生活质量改善的主要机制，为合理、有效制定肺康复计划提供依据

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the main mechanisms which improve the Health Related Quality of life in Patients with COPD by Multidisciplinary Intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

沙美特罗长效β2激动剂吸入性噻托溴铵抗胆碱吸入氟替卡松局部作用皮质激素运动锻炼不是药物，是本研究干预的主要措施之一

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Fluticasone inhaled corticosteroid Tiotropium Anticholinergic agent salmeterol long a

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）正参加其它临床试验的患者；2）合并有其他肺部和胸廓疾病；3）合并有缺血性或出血性心、脑血管疾病；4）因肌肉骨骼运动系统疾病活动受到限制的患者；5）具有神经精神障碍而无法配合者；6) 合并严重呼吸衰竭和肺心病的终末期患者；7) 无法负担基本的治疗费用的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Subjects who are being involved in other clinical trial; complicated with other lung and chest diseases, or/and with ischemic heart disease, or/and with cerebral vascular diseases; unable to corporate with the protocol of this study due to psychological, psychiatric disorders or diseases of the musculoskeletal system; with end-stage of this disease; unable to afford basic pharmacological treatment.
