研究目的：

通过此研究，明确活血化瘀法辅助治疗活动期类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效，探讨血小板在类风湿性关节炎（RA）发病机理及病理改变的作用，进而提出更为有效的临床治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the treatment protocols by a RCT study, and to explore the action of platelets in the development of RA.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

盐酸川芎嗪粉针 2,3,5,6-四甲基吡嗪盐酸盐 来氟米特 α，α，α-三氟-5-甲基异噁唑-N-酰基-对甲苯胺 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Leflunomide Leflunomide, C12H9F3N2O2 Ligustrazine Powder-Needle Ligustrazine Hydrochloride , 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

⑴ 合并有心血管、肺部、肝脏、肾脏、造血系统等严重疾病以及严重关节外表现如高热不退、间质性肺炎、肾脏淀粉样变、缩窄性心包炎、中枢神经系统血管炎等需要使用糖皮质激素的患者。
⑵ 长期服用有关治疗RA的药物，且在本研究前至少1个月内未停用相关免疫抑制药或抗癌药如甲氨喋呤等的患者，以及本研究前1个月内曾服用与本研究用药相同的药物。
⑶ 目前正在参加或在本研究前1个月内参加过其它治疗RA临床研究的患者。
⑷ 患者本人是直接参与本试验工作的研究者。
⑸ 不适宜用此临床研究方法进行治疗的患者，如对研究用药过敏的患者。
⑹ 伴有活动性胃肠道疾病的患者，以及本研究前30天内有食道或消化道溃疡的患者（既往有消化道出血病史的患者不在排除之列）。
⑺ 血小板计数＜100×109/L，脑出血或有出血倾向者，及有血小板减少病史者。
⑻ 孕妇或哺乳期女性及尚未采取可靠避孕措施的育龄妇女。
⑼ 近期有生育要求的男性。
⑽ 精神病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. To combine with severe diseases in cardiovascular, lung, liver, renal, hematopoietic systems, or have to apply glucocorticoids for hyperpyrexia, interstitial pneumonia, renal amyloidosis, constrictive pericardium, central nervous system vasculitis;
2. To take the following drugs for a long-term till 1 month before participating in this study: glucocorticoids, chloroquine, sulfasalazine, cyclophosphamide, penicillamine, gold preparations, anticancer agent, and Chinese medicine which has the similar efficacy for RA;
3. Being involved in other clinical trials at present or 1 month before participating in this study;
4. Researchers in this study;
5. Inaptitude for the clinical protocols, for example, being allergic to sulfanilamide;
6. Combine with gastrointestinal tract diseases in active phase, to have esophagus or enteron ulcers within 30 days before participating in this study (don't exclude patients with alimentary tract hemorrhage history long before);
7. Platelet count<100*10^9/L or with t hemorrhagic tendency, or thrombocytopenia history long before;
h. women during pregnancy or lactation, or planning to get pregnant;
8. Men who want to generate;
9. Mental patients.
