评价中医综合方案维持治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和安全性

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment as maintenance therapy in patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

滋阴生津解毒方南沙参30g、北沙参30g、麦冬15g、天冬15g、百合9g、杏仁9g、鱼腥草30g、石上柏30g、石见穿30g、七叶一枝花30g、夏枯草15g、生牡蛎30g 培美曲塞二

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Yiqi Jianpi Jiedu Fang Radix Astragali Mongolici 15g，Radix Codonopsis 12g，Rhizoma Atractylodis Macr

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients had histologic or cytologic proof of NSCLC,including adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, adenosquamous carcinoma, large cell carcinoma;
2. Patients were classified as stage IIIB or stage IV. All patients had evaluable lesions. Non-radical surgery or recurrences after surgery were eligible;
3. Aged 18 to 75 years old;
4. All patients belonged to the type of Deficiency of Yin, Deficiency of Qi, or Deficiency of both Qi and Yin by TCM Syndrome Differentiation;
5. After first-line treatment, patients with measurable disease were evaluated as complete response(CR) or partial response (PR) or disease stabilization(SD) which were defined by the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST);
6. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status (PS)of 0, 1, or 2;
7. Life expectancy of 6 months;
8. Adequate bone marrow reserve (absolute neutrophil count>=1.5*10^9/L, platelets>=80*10^9/L) and liver and renal function;
9. To be able and willing to provide signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 一线治疗后接受放疗，靶向治疗者；
2. 对化疗药物过敏者；
3. 正在参加其它药物试验者；
4. 合并其他肿瘤或有严重并发症或肝、肾、心脏功能不全者；
5. 妊娠或哺乳期患者；
6. 患有不易控制的精神病史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Radiation therapy or targeted therapy after first-line treatment;
2. Allergies to chemotherapy agents;
3. Patients who were participating in other drug trials;
4. Patients had other coexisting malignancies or serious complications or liver, kidney, heart dysfunction;
5. Patients who were pregnant or breast-feeding;
6. Patients had a history of mental illness which was difficult to control with.

干预措施：	单药维持化疗：培美曲塞500mg/m2 静脉滴注，第1天，或多西他塞75mg/m2静脉滴注，第1天，或吉西他滨1000mg/m2静脉滴注，第1、8天，均为21天一周期，治疗直至疾病进展或出现不能耐受的毒副反应或患者拒绝继续治疗。	干预措施代码：
Intervention：	Integrated TCM treatment regimen include herbal injection(cinobufacini injection or Yan-shu injection), herbal decoction(Ziyin Shengjing Jiedu Fang, Yiqi Jianpi Jiedu Fang, or Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Fang), and point application(DU 4, RN 4, ST 36 and BL 23). Patients receive herbal injection 20ml/day for 10 days every 21 days and herbal decoction and point application every day throughout the maintenance treatment. Dressings are changed every 24 hours. Cycles were repeated until disease progression,	Intervention code：

干预措施：	汤剂及穴位敷贴的联合应用。中药静脉制剂包括华蟾素注射液或岩舒注射液（20ml/天，静脉滴注，连续应用10天，21天一周期）；中药汤剂包括滋阴生津解毒方、益气健脾解毒方、益气养阴解毒方（维持治疗阶段每天服用）；穴位敷贴的取穴为命门、关元、足三里、肾俞（敷贴片每24小时更换一次，维持治疗阶段每天使用）。治疗直至疾病进展或出现不能耐受的毒副反应或患者拒绝继续治疗。	干预措施代码：
Intervention：	Single-agent maintenance chemotherapy regimen: pemetrexed 500mg/m2 vein Infusion on day 1, docetaxel 75mg/m2 vein Infusion on day 1, or gemcitabine 1000mg/m2 vein Infusion on day 1and day 8 every 21 days. Cycles were repeated until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, or until the patient requested therapy discontinuation.	Intervention code：
