Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the eficacy and safety of calcium-containing replacement solution in continuous veno-venous hemofiltrtion with citrate anticoagulation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、年龄 < 18岁
2、高钙血症（血清总钙 >2.6mmol/L）；
3、因严重的低氧血症、肝功能衰竭及肌肉低灌注而影响枸橼酸代谢者；
4、治疗过程中因病情需要而使用额外的抗凝或止血药物；
5、HIV感染者；
6、妊娠、一年内曾接受过器官移植及恶性消耗性疾病；
7、对体外循环、抗凝剂、血液净化耗材过敏者；
8、患有其他疾患不能进行相关血液净化治疗者或者治疗过程中出现相关严重的并发症者；
9、治疗过程中不能有效配合者；
10、正在参加其他药物临床试验的；
11、其他临床医师（两位主治医师以上资格）认为不适合参加该项目的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Less than 18 years old;
2. Hypercalemia (serum total calcium > 2.6mmol/L);
3. Citrate acid can't be metabolized efficiently because of severe hyoxemia, hepatic renal failure and muscle hypoperfusion;
4. With the need of additional anticoagulant or hemostasis drug in the treatment;
5. HIV infection;
6. Pregnancy, organ transplantation recipient within 1 year or cachexia;
7. Allergy of cardiopulmonary circulation, anticoagulant or blood purification equipments;
8. Cannot undergo blood purification treatment because of other diseases or having severe complications during treatment;
9. Cannot cooperate effectively during treatment;
10. Involved in other clinical trails;
11. Considered not suitable for the trail by doctors (at least 2 attendings)
