评价瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗弥漫性冠状动脉病变疗效及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

Effect of rosuvastatin on coronary atheroma in diffused Coronary Artery Disease

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）BMI(体重指数=体重[kg]/身高2[m])≥30Kg/m2
2） 已知受试者对HMG-CoA还原酶抑制剂高度过敏者；
3） 受试者每周饮酒>14个单位(每单位指：350ml啤酒或者150ml葡萄酒或者50ml烈酒)；
4）LDL-C<50mg/dl；
5）应用免疫抑制剂：环孢菌素
6）控制欠佳的糖尿病（hemoglobin alc）10%）；
7）控制不佳的高血压（收缩压大于200 mmHg；舒张压大于110mmHg）
8） 控制不佳的影响血脂或脂蛋白的内分泌系统或代谢性疾病；例如继发性高脂血症，
9） 肾功能损害(肌酐>2.0mg/dL)、肾病综合症或血透患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. BMI>=30Kg/m2;
2. Allergy to Rosuvastatin;
3. LDL-C < 50mg/dl;
4. hemoglobin A1c>10%;
5. uncontrolled hypertension;
6. administration of cyclosporine;
7. secondary hyperlipidemia;
8. creatinine clearance<30ml/min or serum creatinene>2mg/dl;
9. addiction of alcohol.
