研究目的：

研究拟通过对位于肢体大肌群上，且对2型糖尿病有效的穴位的筛选，采用经皮电刺激上述有效穴位的方法，实现一种经皮穴位电刺激下的有氧运动技术。在本医院和合作中医院医院进行临床可行性和有效性验证研究。最终建立一种服务于上海社区及农村的中西医结合2型糖尿治疗新模式。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of aerobics under acupoint electrical stimulation (electrical stimulation on the selected acupoints specifically for type 2 diabetes in major muscle groups); to establish a new integrated therapy model of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 活动性肝病，肝肾功能不全；
2. 充血性心力衰竭；
3. 恶性肿瘤患者；
4. 恶性进行性高血压；
5. 呼吸功能衰竭；
6. 外地无法随访者；
7. 糖尿病并发症严重；
8. 装有心脏起搏器者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Active liver diseases, hepatic or renal dysfunction;
2. Congestive heart failure;
3. Malignant tumors;
4. Malignant hypertension;
5. Respiratory dysfunction;
6. Liver outside Shanghai and cannot be followed up;
7. Severe diabetes complications;
8. Patients with cardiac pacemakers.
