研究目的：

观察年龄在55～69之间初诊的除急性早幼粒细胞白血病以外的急性髓系白血病不同方案治疗的完全缓解率、无病生存期、总生存及不同治疗方案的毒副反应。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate complete remission rate, disease-free survival, overall survival and side effects in the different treatment for acute myeloid leukemia patients between the ages of 55 to 69 except with newly diagnosed acute promyelocytic leukemia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

凡符合以下任何一项标准的受试者不得入选本研究：
1. 复治患者；
2．化疗中使用本方案外的其他抗肿瘤药物；
3．肝肾功能明显异常，超出入组标准；
4．严重心脏，包括心肌梗塞、心功能不全。
5．同时患有其他脏器恶性肿瘤(需要治疗者)；
6．有严重感染者(包括结核、肺曲霉菌等)；
7．有药物依赖病史或精神病史者；
8．研究者认为不适合入选的患者者；
9．同时患有其他血液系统疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients previously receiving chemotherapy;
2. Patients receiving any other anticancer drugs outside this study;
3. Liver and kidney function was abnormal, beyond the inclusion criteria;
4. Other severe heart disease, including myocardial infarction, heart failure;
5. Patients with another primary malignancy (requiring active intervention at the same starting study time);
6. Patients with severe infections (including tuberculosis, pulmonary aspergillosis, etc);
7. Having history of drug dependence or mental illness;
8. The investigator believe that patient who are not suitable for this trial;
9. With other blood diseases at the same starting study time.
