研究目的：

对中西医结合治疗重型颅脑创伤进行疗效评价，为制定中西医结合治疗规范打下基础；建立重型颅脑创伤中医辨证分型诊断标准。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the therapeutic effectiveness on combined treatment of TCM and Western Medicine for severe traumatic brain injury; To do the spadework for drawing up the specification of the combined treatment of TCM and Western Medicine; To establish the diagnostic standard on sydrome differentiation of severe traumatic brain injury.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 急性重型颅脑创伤病人伴有其他脏器严重损伤；
2. 心肺肝肾等脏器功能衰竭者；
3. 孕妇及哺乳期妇女；医生认为有某种不适合纳入的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with acute severe traumatic brain injury associated with serious injury of other organs;
2. Dysfunction of cardiopulmonary,liver and kidney etc.;
3. Pregnant and lactating women;
4. the one who is considered unfit to inclusion criteria by the doctor.
