研究目的：

通过双盲、随机、对照、多中心、大样本的临床试验预期形成提高疗效的慢性乙型肝炎临床治疗方案

Objectives of Study：

To establish the treatment protocol of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for chronic hepatitis B.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

调肝健脾和血颗粒柴胡黄芪当归等调肝解毒化湿颗粒柴胡地丁藿香等

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①妊娠或准备妊娠妇女，哺乳期妇女；男性准备授孕者；
②乙肝病毒标志物阳性，而ALT＜2×正常值；
③乙肝病毒变异者；
④应用核苷类似物抗病毒药超过一年现临床判断属于耐药、变异者；
⑤血清学检测证实由肝炎病毒重叠感染(尤其是丙肝) 和/或感染HIV、非病毒感染（如酒精性肝病、自身免疫性肝病)引起的慢性肝炎或隐源型肝炎者；
⑥合并肝硬化（肝纤维化S4以上）、肝癌、肝性脑病、水电解质及酸碱平衡紊乱、消化道出血、感染的慢性乙肝严重并发症者；
⑦慢性乙肝重度和慢性乙型重型肝炎；
⑧原发性和/或继发性心脑血管、肺、肾、内分泌、神经和血液系统疾病者；
⑨一个月内参加过或正在参加其他临床试验者；
⑩精神异常不能表达自身感受者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant or lactating women, or women or men who have birth plan
2.Hepatitis B virus markers are positive and the ALT< twice of upper limit.
3.Mutated hepatitis B virus.
4.Patients who received anti-viral neucleoside analogs more than 1 year and now were specified as drug resistant or viral mutated.
5.Serological test showed the chronic hepatitis is caused by a combined infection with hepatitis C virus or HIV, non-virus infection (eg. Alcoholic hepatopathy, auto-immune hepatopathy) or cryptogenic hepatitis.
6.Patients combined with hepatic sclerosis (liver fibrosis S4 or higher), liver cancer, Hepatic encephalopathy, disturbance of water-electrolytes and acid-base balance, GI bleeding, and severe complications of chronic hepatitis.
7.chronic severe hepatitis B or chronic hepatitis B (severe degree)
8.Patients with cardiovascular, liver, lung,endocrine, neurological, hematological or kidney disease.
9.Patients participated in other clinical trial.
10.Patients with abnormal mental state and unable to clearly express themselves
