中风后认知障碍的中医药预防  

Objectives of Study：

To cinically investigate the efficacy of TCM to prevent congnitive impairment after stroke

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

成份名称 成份说明 漏芦 解毒 制何首乌 补肝肾，益精血 肉苁蓉 补肾，益精血 荷叶 利湿 地龙 通经活络 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

desertliving cistanche tonifying the kidney and generating blood fleece-flower root tonifying the kidney and liver uniflower swisscentaury root removing toxin lotus leaves draining dampness earthworm dredging channels and activating collaterals 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 严重抑郁症、精神分裂症、严重焦虑症、狂躁等精神疾病；
2. 阿尔茨海默痴呆、血管性痴呆、帕金森、亨廷顿舞蹈症、额颞叶痴呆；
3. 其他导致痴呆的疾病（如中枢神经系统外伤、肿瘤和感染，正常颅压脑积水，代谢性疾病，叶酸、维生素B12或甲状腺激素缺乏）；
4. 严重的肝肾功能异常；
5. 严重的血液系统疾病（如严重贫血，Hb<10mg/dL)；
6. 胰岛素依赖型糖尿病；
7. 特发性癫痫和抗癫痫治疗；
8. 严重的胃肠道疾病；
9. 肿瘤；
10. 严重的神经功能缺损，不能配合。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe depression, schizophrenosis, severe anxiety disorder, mania, et al;
2. Alzheimer`s dementia, Vascular dementia, Parkinson, Huntington Disease, FIT;
3. With other diseases that can lead to dementia disease;
4. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction;
5. Severe problems of the blood system (Hb<10mg/dL);
6. Insulin dependent diabetes mellitus;
7. Idiopathic epilepsy and antiepileptic therapy;
8. Severe gastrointestinal diseases;
9. Cancer;
10. Severe nerve function, and the patients who can not cooperate in the study.
