研究目的：

研究生理、病理状态下，通过静息态磁共振脑功能成像分析，观察印堂和百会电针前后不同脑区的变化及其连接，探索针灸治疗抑郁症的机理，为临床治疗抑郁病人取穴作理论支持。  

Objectives of Study：

The study is try to explore the mechanism of electro-acupuncture at Yintang(EX-HN3) and Baihui (DU20) on the treatment of depression based on the fcMRI observation under both the physiological and pathological states.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

健康志愿者： (1)有精神或神经系统疾病史；(2）试验近期（1个月内）有各类疼痛（包括痛经）、抑郁等身体和精神症状；（3）近期（1个月内）接受过针刺治疗；（4）有先天、脑血管和肿瘤等中枢神经系统疾患；（5）有全身代谢、免疫和周围神经病变；（6）严重心、肝、肾疾病，血液病及内分泌病的患者；（7）血小板减少、血友病、凝血功能障碍者；（8）有精神类药物服用史；（9）体内植有金属类物质，（10）空间幽闭恐惧症患者。你的排除标准有点怪，既然是正常人怎么会有精神症状等等东西呢？抑郁症患者：（1）排除脑部疾病患者及有严重的其它系统疾病需要治疗者；（2）正在服用抗抑郁药物或抗抑郁药物药理作用未过洗脱期的患者；（3）本研究开始前4周内曾参加过其它临床试验者；（4）有自杀计划或行为者；（5）排除孕妇、哺乳期妇女及其他不适合针刺患者；（6）空间幽闭恐惧症患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for healthy volunteers:
(1) had mental or nervous system disease history;
(2) suffered all types of pain (including dysmenorrheal), depression, and other physical and mental symptoms around the trail (1months);
(3) received acupuncture treatment in the recent 1 month;
(4) with congenital, tumors and vascular disorders in the central nervous system;
(5) whole-body metabolism disorder, immune disease and peripheral neuropathy;
(6) with serious heart, liver and kidney disease, endocrine or blood disease;
(7) thrombocytopenia, hemophilia, coagulation disorder;
(8) history of taking mental drugs;
(9) metals like substances in the body;
(10) having claustrophobia

Depression patients should be excluded:
(1) having cerebral disease and serious disease of other systems which need treatment;
(2) Having antidepressants or pharmacological effects of antidepressants do not have elution period;
(3) No other clinical test in last four weeks;
(4) Having suicidal plans or actions;
(5) Pregnant women and breast-feeding women and patients unfitted to acupuncture;
(6) having claustrophobia
