研究目的：

评估“坦索罗辛”治疗输尿管结石的有效性和安全性

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate efficacy and safety of tamsulosin in medical expulsive therapy for ureteric stones

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.伴有并发症的输尿管结石。
2. 以前有自发排石史、泌尿系统手术史。
3.处于怀孕、哺乳期患者。
4.肝肾功能检查大于正常值两倍以上。
5. 对坦索罗辛或安慰剂中的成分过敏者。
6.医生认为不适于进行临床试验的患者。
7.同时服用a受体阻滞剂、β受体阻滞剂、钙通道阻滞剂或者非甾体类药物者。
8.发热、泌尿系感染及怀疑肾积脓。
9.同侧肾盂输尿管中重度积水、肾萎缩或对侧肾功能严重受损。
10.有孤独肾或输尿管及尿路狭窄等先天性异常。
11.糖尿病、消化性溃疡、低血压、血液病患者。
12.酗酒、吸毒者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. ureteric stone with complications;
2. with a history of ipsilateral ureteric surgery, spontaneous stone expulsion;
3. pregnant or breast-feeding patients;
4. More than twice higher than normal liver and kidney function;
5. known or suspected allergy to one of the study medications;
6. current use of alpha-adrenoceptor antagonists, beta blockers, calcium channel blockers or corticosteroids;
7. presence of fever, UTI, Pyonephrosis;
8. severe hydronephrosis,renal insufficiency, Renal atrophy;
9. solitary kidney, urethrostenosis,ureteric stricture;
10. gastric ulcer, diabetes mellitus, hypotension, blood disease;
11. Alcoholics, drug addicts;
12. Doctors think that patients not suitable for clinical trials.
