观察电针和艾灸对腹泻型（D）和便秘型（C）肠易激综合征疗效及其机理

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect and mechanism of Electroacupuncture and moxibustion on treating D-IBS and C-IBS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

D-IBS:（1）肠道器质性病变；（2）便秘型IBS；（3）腹泻与便秘交替型IBS；（4）同时应用思密达、得舒特、西沙必利或中药等；（5）合并心、肝、肾、精神病患者；（6）18以下或65岁以上患者；（7）妊娠或哺乳期妇女。
C-IBS:（1）肠道器质性病变；（2）腹泻型IBS；（3）腹泻与便秘交替型IBS；（4）同时应用替加色罗、曲美布汀、西沙必利或中药等；（5）合并心、肝、肾、精神病患者；（6）18以下或65岁以上患者；（7）妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

D-IBS:
1. Patients with structural disease on the intestines;
2. Constipation-dominated IBS;
3. A-IBS patients;
4. Patients who take cisapride, and other medicinal herbs which may affect the effects;
5. Patients companied with some primary disease such as cerebral vessels diseases, liver or kidney disease and disorders of hematopoietic system etc which seriously affected life or Patients with serious mental disorder;
6. Patients younger than 18 years old and older than 65 years old;
7. Patients in a pregnancy or lactation.
C-IBS:
