筛选热环境作业疲劳敏感生物标志物及构建疲劳预警体系; 评价木瓜多酚干预在热环境作业条件下的抗疲劳效应。  

Objectives of Study:

To screen the sensitive indicators of operation fatigue in Thermal environment and establish early warning system. To evaluate the anti-fatigue effect of Papaya polyphenols

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

木瓜多酚 提取自重庆綦江光皮木瓜,体外总抗氧化能力为(945±20 μg DPPH?/g) 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 有心血管、呼吸系统疾病史;2.有严重训练伤;3. 近一周内患有感冒、腹泻者;4. 近一个月内有服用抗氧化功效的膳食补充剂者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Having history of cardiovascular or respiratory disease;
2. Having severe training injury;
3. Getting common cold or diarrhea within last week;
4. Taking anti-oxidize nutrition supplement in last month.
