研究目的：

本研究拟进行一项临床随机对照试验，使用颈痛专用量表和普适性生存质量量表分析腹针治疗组、传统针刺对照组与安慰针组在治疗前后生存质量的改变，旨在评价传统针灸和腹针疗法对颈型颈椎病患者生存质量的影响，从而评价针灸治疗对颈椎病的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the change of patients' quality of life over different acupuncture treatment. Northwick Park Neck Pain Questionnaire, Neck Disability Index Questionnaire, Visual Analog Scale and the Medical Outcomes Study Short Form 36-items Health Survey (SF-36) will be used as our evaluation index; 2. To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture to cervical spondylopathy through compare the effect of traditional acupuncture and the abdominal acupuncture to patients' quality of life.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有颈部外伤史，或胸椎T1～6外伤史者。
2.神经功能缺损者。
3.先天脊椎异常。
4.系统性骨或关节疾病。
5.畏惧接受针灸治疗者。
6.妊娠或哺乳期妇女。
7.严重心、脑、肺、肾等重大内科疾病患者和肿瘤患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Neck injury history, or thoracic T1-T6 injury history;
2. Neurologic deficits;
3. Congenital vertebral anomaly;
4. Systemic bone or joint disease;
5. Be afraid of acupuncture;
6. Pregnant or lactating women;
7. Serious heart, brain, lung, kidney and other major medical disease and cancer patients.
